True Detective (Season Two)
Don't think a thread for the second season was ever started, so here we go.

Taylor Kitsch confirms he's in.

That gives us the big three for the season, with Farrell/Vaughn/Kitsch confirmed, so now just time to figure out who the lead female is and the main four that they talked about when the rumors first started will all be cast.

I'm excited.

Nope. Last I heard, Rosario Dawson is the favourite, but Moss, Rachel McAdams, and others are still in the running.

They really did. I mentioned this in the HBO thread I think, but it's easily in the conversation of my favorite seasons of television I've ever seen.

Is this season going to be just, what was it, 7 episodes? I think that's why it was so good, too. Not oversaturated.

They shouldn't even TRY to replicate what they did with WH and MM. Just setting the new actors up for failure. Let them carve out their own characters.
