Adnan Januzaj stuck at 78!

In general how is everyone seeing player progression?

I'm almost done my second year with United and Januzaj has not improved on his 78 ovr all year. He plays almost every game and has 7 BPL goals in 30 apps. along with 5 assists and his form is 6.8! You can't tell me EA thinks a 20 year old has peaked....

Wow thats a first, usually januzaj reaches 80 by the beginning or middle of his 3rd year

Maybe he will, I'm only in year 2, but he started year 2 as a 78 and is about to end it still as a 78 while other players have grown by 2 or 3 points playing less and in worse form...

In both of my CMs, one with United and one without, he didn't grow Early on and then exploded in his early 20s.

I'm at the start of my 4th season and he is still an 80. I can't justify playing him so I loan him out hoping that he'll reach his potential soon. Same with Shaw. He is hovering around an 80 as well. But these guys are still only in their early 20's, it takes more than a few seasons.


I get that people aren't fond of the progression in this game but I think its cool the way some people develop consistently, some break out, and some don't grow at all. It's a curveball that makes career mode more entertaining.

I used to obsess over the growth of players I KNOW were supposed to grow. Now I just sell them and keep it moving.

My friend did a United MM on 14 and Januzaj didn't do a massive amount in the first few years but he hit 88 or so I believe when he was 27/28. Patience

no gols no assists this year for him...Seems right..lol..yea he should be growing though
