Well if we were going to play for a chance at the title, might as well go through the best.

And Urban v Saban match-up is amazing. Honestly, my very early thought is that I think we might be too young this year for this one, but we shall see. Can't wait to dive into some analysis of this one in the coming weeks.

Might be the best two coaches in the nation going head to head. Will be interesting to see how this goes. I would not be surprised to see OSU win. They have an offense on par with Auburn, but they also know that defense has to be played as well unlike Auburn. If OSU can hit the deep ball, they can win because Alabama does not know how to guard it.

I was born in Ohio and grew up a Buckeyes fan. And as a Tennessee alum and Vols fan, I hate Alabama. So yeah, go Buckeyes!

Amari about to have a field day (Watkins-esque Orange Bowl) on OSU's secondary.

Go Buckeyes. Not really expecting a win (thanks to Amari "Literally Jerry Rice" Cooper), but it's going to be a really good game.

We know what happens when OSU goes up against strong SEC teams in big time games (see Florida and LSU)..I wonder if this will be any different. Alabama is much better than Wisconsin and will be, by far, the best team the Buckeyes have faced this year.

Secondary not the problem on this defense. Stopping the running backs will be far more troubling.

Early thoughts on this, despite the youth of Bama I can see them running the ball effectively and Cooper making the big catches. This might be too much for OSU.

A 3rd string QB & Saban 1 month to prepare...Bama just got a bye week imo.

IMO this game comes down to Alabama's passing coverage ( or lack thereof ) and special teams.

Our special teams unit has a knack for dropping punts and missing 5 yard field goals, or our secondary is probably the worst I have ever seen it when it comes to passing coverage. If Ohio State gets a passing attack going to expose our terrible secondary, or if the game comes down to field position and us needing to settle for field goals instead of touchdowns...we lose.

Even thouh OSU is on their 3rd qb, they still scare me more than Baylor & TCU.
                          Bama to win by 5.

Totally depends on which defense shows up.

If it's the VT or Cincy game defense, Amari Cooper may get 300 yds rec on the Buckeyes. If it's the Wisconsin game defense, then this game will be close.

Overall, don't bet against the best coach in college. Bama by 7.
