Can't propose a trade...is this a known glitch???

I'm facing a weird glitch in My League. I'm playing as Pistons and I want to propose a Trade to the Suns. So I select Monroe and then I want to select Bledsoe. But only the Roster from the Celtics appears and I can't switch to another team. So I try to select Bledsoe first, then Monroe. Suddenly Bledsoe is gone again. I try to select him again, but he's not available on the Suns' Roster anymore. So I was thinking maybe he's still in the trade board and is just not being displayed. So I go to "Propose Trade" and a message pops up, saying that the Celtics are over the salary cap.

WTF???

Is this a known issue? Is it maybe only with the roster I used?

EDIT: Just tried it with the 2K Roster, the same issue, only that the 76ers are the only available team to trade with instead of the Celtics.
So proposing a trade is pretty much not possible.

I can change the team but I can't propose a trade. It won't allow me to go to the Propose trade button (MyGM)

I was actually able to solve my bug, I went back to the main menu, loaded again, and suddenly it worked, with every roster. Very strange

Don't know about the My GM issue though.

Not sure if this is your problem, but if you turn off trade logic in the options you can't propose trades. You can "assign to team" from the roster page.
