Hey guys I'm a huge Bills fan who's very excited about the Rex Ryan hire. I want to start a career/franchise with Rex Ryan and coach the Bills, not the Jets, right from the rip. Anybody know how I might do that? Do I create an owner of both teams and try to make the switch? Anybody have any ideas?

I tried being owner of bills & jets. Then I swapped Marrone & Ryan, however idk how to "sell the team" so I can start a career as Rex with the Bills. Anybody know how to delete my owner characters?

after retiring as a head coach is there a way to take over that team with a newly created coach?
