Interesting batting camera

Have any of you ever tried using this batting camera? Like you were in the box and playing? (Being a ball player myself I wanted to try this out) and honestly, I see the ball better than I ever have and I lay off much more close pitches than I used to because I have it in my mind already of what is a strike and ball from RL playing. AND I hit two HR's in my first game trying this. I think I may keep it going into 15.. haven't decided yet.

I was playing with that camera view for a few months this year, just to switch it up. I like it, kind of made the game feel new in a way.

Yeah, it was sweet. Different.. had to get used to it... but once I started seeing pitches, it was easier to lay off the close ones.. I was laying off pitches I saw were balls, I'd normally swing at with the default catcher view.

Re: Interesting batting camera

I set it like that sometimes a few years ago when you could play the game in 3D. It was a fun view in 3D.

Re: Interesting batting camera

I posted this style camera a few years back. It's a great custom cam. Supposedly it helped inspire the E. Zoom Catcher cam we have today.

Here's the original thread

Re: Interesting batting camera

from watching the streams.
what is the camera behind the catcher that actually shows the flight of the ball before switching to fielding view.? so you know where you hit it.
looks awesome and is that new for 2015??
