Quick Pitching w/out Balks/CPU Stealing

Hey Everyone,

Odd question, but something that crossed my mind. I play with balks off and occasionally quick pitch, if you will, to speed up my play.

Do we know if doing this has any impact on the CPU attempting steals? I don't think it does, but I wanted to check if anyone out there had any information on this.

For the record, I play with balks off against the CPU simply because the CPU never gets called for balks if it is on.

I've never seen it have any effect with balks on and I leave em on. CPU stealing seem tied into the runner & situation only. I'm wondering if the slidestep has any effect.
