Is pitch movement tied to pitching windup?

I notice that pitch movement varies with different wind up has anyone else noticed?

I haven't noticed. I noticed it varies based on pitcher, his skill settings, and in my case what power/accuracy I choose on the meter. But I'm not sure its tied to the windup.

Of course, this is only my opinion and I cannot say for 100% guarantee.

I've only found that movement on a 4 seam FB alters due to the arm slot. Guys who throw more over the top have a straighter 4 seam FB than guys that throw more of a 3/4 slot.

I haven't noticed much difference with any other pitches, however.
