So I cant find any other threads on this so... Am I the only one that this is happening to or what? Is there a work around I dont know about? Why does the CPU trade and sign players when all teams are set to off for fill roster sign free agents and resign players? I cant play a CFM if you have to rework rosters from week to week. Why wasnt this in the patch?

Ive never seen that happen at all. Make sure fill roster is off for every team.

I've been trying to figure out the same thing. My biggest problem is the cpu making trades for me, even if I only Sim 1 week at a time. I simmed the first season a few times the other day with the Browns and both times the cpu traded for ryan Nassib with nothing asking me, and I had no qb injuries.

Yes I made sure they were all set to off. As soon as you go from week 1 to week 2 in pre season cpu trades and signs guys regardless. I think its mainly people on the trade block. So I am going thru every team and taking each player off the block. I make my own rosters so I have a lot of guys created for nex year on my roster like Oakman, Stanley, Cook, Jones etc and other teams sign these guys from the free agent pool which is a big problem

I already have close 80 hours or more of roster work since I go through every player individually and fix their crazy ratings. Then to have the CPU just destroy my rosters is ridiculous. This is the first year this has ever happened so dont know why its broke this year.

That still doesnt explain why the CPU is signing free agents when that is set to off as well
