How do you control all the rosters in offline franchise mode?

Help!!!! The rosters after cuts are horrendous!!! Steven Jackson starting for Atlanta. Tevin Coleman got cut. Can I play franchise mode and fix the rosters for other teams somehow?

Is there a way to download a roster from EA share and use that exact roster without key players getting cut and traded. I just wanna play an accurate franchise with current week 1 rosters. I don't wanna play against Atlanta and see Steven Jackson starting at RB or see Darren McFadden on Cleveland which just happened. Makes me not wanna play a franchise.

setup a 32 team cfm. there are a few threads on it. I started playing this way last year and it's sooo worth it.

The 32 team set up does not work.
This is really frustrating. I turned off my Xbox after trying to find a workaround to prevent the same thing from happening.
Using the Week 1 rosters, having control of all 32 teams, and you will still face roster cuts.
I even tried re-signing them after they were released, and they vanished from the franchise. They are not in the Free Agency Pool or on another team's roster.

This is extremely frustrating.

How do you do a 32 team user controlled CFM anyway? I never tried that.

I know this is the wrong thread to be putting this in but can someone explain to me how to take a Madden 15 (XBox 360) roster and edit it on my Mac and then put it back into Madden to play with the Rookies and everything. I know people have done it I just enjoy doing it myself.
