NBA 2K16 Bugs

I hope we can gather bugs here so that they get patched ASAP.

I'll start things off.

In MyCareer, when you pump fake, get them in the air and fouled while throwing up a random shot, you can hear the commentary saying 3 shots at the line, but you only get 2 attempts.

I've that supersampling was casing a few issues. Before I turned it off the game had a memory leak , Icons weren't showing up on icon passing ...

Also I have the commentary bug where commentary stops and doesn't resume until the next quarter.

I also have a sound bug. Commentary, expiring shot clock, and bricks off the rim are a few sounds i've noticed missing for full quarters.

In scrimmage mode there is an audio bug in which a layer of on court ambience and player chatter randomly cuts in and out. This has been the case since 2K15 and was not fixed.

Player of the game replay bug on away win. Arena almost empty the actions are from first quarter. Same bug just one like in 2k15 which was never fixed.

I absolutely CANNOT connect to the 2k servers. The game instantly fails to connect on boot and gives me an error code. I tr to connect in game, it tries for a bit, then gives me a different error code.

MYPARK BUG!
I was playing MYPARK and then randomly, everyone became invisible, you could only see the ball, a minute later I was kicked off the court
