Haha I'm sorry but this is just pathetic. Come on 2K you're better than this. I like this game and I REALLY want to love it but man it's things like this that make me just want to stop playing until the patch drops.

How is this even possible? Ok I throw a terrible alley-oop and deservedly miss and now everyone is running back on defense. We have Carmelo, Rudy Gobert, and Roy Hibbert vs Kyrie Irving.

Notice how after the alley oop misses Carmelo actually has a head start on Kyrie on getting back. Now this is the part that gets me heated.

What is Carmelo DOING?

Why are all three of my defenders converging into the middle lane? Why does he completely ignore Kyrie Irving and run into the middle with Gobert and Hibbert? Does he have something he wants to tell them? Where is the logic in that?

Literally if I hadn't gone to manually control Carmelo he would have just completely ignored Kyrie Irving and he would have had an open 3, not that it would have mattered since he made the contested 3 anyway.

Has 2K even addressed this? This is literally ruining the game online because all anyone does is fastbreak and inbound the ball at half court.

Haha trust me I have worse. This was just so blatant I couldn't let it slip without showing everyone.

I could make a 30 minute montage of clips showing how bad the transition D is on this game.

I agree. This is the number one online gameplay issue that needs to be addressed.

This is THE cheese that people are exploiting this year.

i was going to have my next defensive thread be about transition defense, but if we can get a bunch of clips compiled here, that would be great.
