When controlling all 30 team in MyLeague, is there a way to have the training schedule and development be automatic? I don't mind doing it for one team, but I don't want to set it up for all teams. Or can I just leave it and be fine?

I would leave it, infact turn the training effects right down as I find players improve far too quickly on ML, especially the user controlled team if only one.
