manager mode / coach mode

I just started playing MLB The Show 16. I have been working on different gameplay styles and am working on seeing if there is a manager mode in the franchise. So basically I am seeing if the computer can play against the computer. So far I have found some "auto" settings which work:

fielding: auto
baserunning: auto
pitching: ???
batting: ???

If I remember correctly there were a few past games that allowed the user to just select the pitch, defensive shifts, bullpin usage, etc...similar to that of a manager. So does anyone know if there is a possibility of a actual manager mode where the players play the game and I just manage? Or do I have to play as each player?

Yes but you have to be in Franchise or season mode to do so once you do that before game go to manage game let it load up then you can change views by goin to gameplay settings hope this helps

Do sponsorships pay after every game? I just hit 10 home runs in a game which should be 10k each plus money for runs and a save but my funds haven't actually increased. 3 games in and I still haven't seen an increase in money. I HAVE equipped them so any ideas why I'm not getting paid?
