ps4 digital games & patches
when downloading & subsequently installing a digital copy on the ps4 will the game automatically come with the titles latest patch?

i have automatic updates disabled & am trying to avoid this

No. If there's any updates, you'll still need to download them.

Out of curiosity, why do you have auto updates turned off?

turned the option off in the hope that digital games dont automatically come with patches installed - unfortunately they do..as i found out last night after a hefty reinstall
