Question about Creating Recruits and Effect on Existing Recruits

So I want to do something really interesting for my dynasty (I guess I can trial and error if no one knows). I want to create the top-10 recruits (max you can create in the game) from the 2016 class - Giles, Tatum, Jackson, Ball, Adebayo, Fox, Dennis Smith, Monk, Fultz, Miles Bridges - and make them realistic and see where they all end up (I wanted to do 25 but 10 is the max). But if I create them, what happens to the other players already in the game? If I make all these guys extremely good do other players just get demoted from 5-star to 4-star but retain the same attributes?

I've created recruits in the past, but it's been a while. I'm not sure that the existing recruits stars would change. If you created younger recruits, i.e not jucos or sr's, the next year the game always restructures the classes by the overall pool, so some may drop or add stars.

They keep their stars but their rankings would change. For example, if all 10 of your recruits become 5 stars, there would be 35 5 stars. And there would still be 75 4 stars and so on.
