Rex in the MBL video had me at "adaptive CPU defensive ai on user play calling and finding that games are more defensive and low scoring"!

Cant deny the gameplay has made strides this year. However i still cannot understand how "DEAD" the game looks pre snap. Every player shuffles his way to his assigned spot and stays in position until the ball is snapped. It would really add to the realism of this game if there were more pre snap animations. Not every player lines up in the same stance. You almost always get teammates interacting with each other before the play happens.

this run play has me concerned. looks like the running back had a ton of momentum and got suction tackled by an engaged defender. the player did an amazing job steering through the hole too but sadly did not get rewarded. im hoping this isn't a common occurrence!

^^ I actually like the play the linebacker made. He came up and shed the blocker and made a strong play on the ball carrier. What I didn't like is that the linebacker shouldn't have been able to take him down so easily. That should have been an extra 3 yards for the running back or a break tackle.
