Deflategate was a devastating blow to the legend of the New England Patriots. Embarrassed by the actions of Tom Brady, the Patriots organization - manned by Bill Belichick - traded the future Hall of Fame quarterback.

Fans were shocked and saddened that Robert Kraft, principle owner of the Patriots, didn't stand by his quarterback through this time. Bill Belichick was reached for comment:

Jimmy Garoppolo had a rough Week 1 outing against Arizona and was benched after a disasterous first half in Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins. Rookie QB Jacoby Brissett, making his first ever NFL appearance, would throw for 184 yards and 2 TDs in a comeback victory over Miami.
