Toughest team to rebuild in MyGM?

We all know the 76ers are the worst team in the league but with all the young players it seems after a season or two you would be steamrolling the league, so I'm looking for the toughest rebuilding project (this can include a ton of older players as I always ship off over 30s). Any suggestions?

76r's are easy as Okafor, Embiid, and Noel all become stars in 2k within the first two seasons and even if you don't want them that can be used to trade for key guys to fill out the team. IMO it would be a team like the Nets as they really don't have anything and are pretty much just on a hunt for picks and would still take several seasons of being bad to get some players out the draft AND develop them.

Yeah someone on Reddit mentioned them and I looked at the roster, 2 prospects, 2 over 30s with several more near that age and 3 trade baits. I would be able to shed three cap anchors and sign some young (probably low rated) FAs to make sure it's a rough first season but I have some nice first round picks.

The Nets and it isn't close.

No picks (traded for Pierce and KG), Boston gets to swap its 1st round in 2017, bad contracts, best player is an oft-injured center who should be at the peak of his career.

It's gonna get a lot worse before it gets better in Brooklyn. Even HOV bounced out of that trainwreck.

What about the mavs? They have 7 players over 30 and no one really stands out as a known prospect to me.
