Step back 3s and spin moves

I feel like I lose games in My Career single handedly because of these. You pass out to a wide open man in the corner with a 95 mid range rating who steps back to take an off balance 3. Even if you pass it to them, on the money, with an easy standing 3, they step back.

Other than that it's Kyrie Irving letting the offense spread out and leave itself defenseless if a turnover is committed, before he then ISOs, stumbles a few times before spinning straight into his defender's leg and committing a turnover and easy fast break points.

Why do these things happen every single game when they never happen in real life? I'm about to go out in the first round with a 70 win team to the 8th seed because nobody can play with their heads screwed on.

Everybody does it. Love, LeBron, Powell, Kyrie.

The only band-aid fix is to up the game speed so they react quicker instead of doing robotic moves straight into a defender.

I can't believe this issue isn't fixed . It's so bad in mycareer. I understand some players do it. But players with 0 tendency still do it and brick horribly or air ball .

OP I feel your pain. I really cannot believe this issue still has not been patched. I stopped playing because of it, playing as a PG and kicking it out to great mid-range shooters - to see them take an awkward step back to an even longer 2 (many times they dont even get behind the 3 pt line) and turn a wide open mid-range shot into a severely contested long 2/3 is maddening. incredibly immersion breaking too, when these PF and C's are doing it constantly.

that and the CPU constantly threading the needle passes into the paint over and over for cheap scores. these 2 issues I hope are in the final gameplay patch, but I'm afraid this year all they care about is the online and park stuff. anyone who prefers to play realistic NBA ball is pretty much **** out of luck..

Re: Step back 3s and spin moves

This is the dumbest thing...I hit AD on the break for what should have been an easy dunk in transition...he catches the ball on the run and proceeds to do a step back jumper with no one in his path to the basket and the result is exactly what you'd expect...brick.
