I found what causes frame rate drops!!!!!

Simple band-aid is to go into the audio settings and turn crowd volume to zero....I have played multiple games after I done this with no stuttering....

On the flip side we still need a patch because we can't hear the crowd

Here's an update I changed crowd vol to 5 and that works also...I didn't like complete silence from the crowd....

Have you played a Road game at Warriors or Brooklyn stadium on broadcast cam and tried this? If not can you try and report back!

I don't play online so I don't know.... I played a game at home and in the road with the crowd volume at 5 so far so good....
