**LOAD YOUR PRESET FROM THE SETTINGS MENU**
Remember, when you make changes, do those in the MAIN menu (not in franchise) save your preset and then load it back in once you are in your franchise (if needed).

Check Penalty Time Scaling and Coincidental Penalty Time Scale settings under rules in franchise as those changed to 6/6 and 5/6 so I had to change them back to 2/6 and 0/6. (They need to fix this!) You should even get into the habit of checking your settings before each game!!

* Shots seem high.. but this is preseason. I wasn't seeing any teams get into the 40's when doing a "play now" game. Will keep an eye on it. Penalties still need a bump. The good thing is.. even though we did get smoked, Colorado was nothing like playing Nashville and my poor shooting and an early 5 on 3 PP for Colorado killed this game for us.

Still high shot totals.. but I'm standing pat until the regular season and teams have all their starters playing. If they stay high, then I'll either reduce game speed down a notch or figure out some other combination. Since all my play now games were fairly accurate, I think the high shot totals are due to teams playing backups. Penalties go up another +5 to 55/100 for both CPU and HUM.

Much better shot totals this game, lots of sloppy game flow. Not sure if this was tuner related or just one of those all around good games. Penalties get raised again as I'm not seeing much as well as goalie screen persistence.

Gameplay felt great all around. I wish there was a slider to lessen the times you get pinned against the boards, happens way to much by the CPU players getting close to my players even though I'm moving. Jaskin has an 82 puck control rating and lost the puck on a simple turn so I lowered the effect skating has on puck control. Penalties are still not where I want them. Goalie screen and screen recovery is too high so I've started adjusting them.

Only one win this preseason, that concerns me a little bit. Good thing is we are healthy going into the season and we get a tough test against the Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins. This game was back and forth and pretty even on both sides. I'm going to bump up the penalties a bit more as well as lessen the board stumble frequency and have goalies cover the puck more.
