Thanks Steve this great! Thanks for all the hard work! My only question is do you know for some of these fixes like Rex Burkhead for example will it require a restart of your online franchise?
I appreciate all the hardwork. One question would be, why can't we actually have Realistic Active Rosters prior to games? In NFL they can only have 46 guys active on Gameday. Thus putting in strategy on how many players suit up per position. Is it possible to have to have default set ups, like having more Db's than Wr's? Or More RB's than LB's? This ability would help bring another side of strategy this game needs. Tired of seeing people put all their lineman as TE's and TE's in WR Slots so they can run stretch all game

Much appreciated interview. Really shined a light on some further issues with cfm as far as injuries and high draft picks being cut. Really hope they put legitimate effort into cfm next year...
I personally have had multiple interactions with Kane that have led to positive changes in the game. He does a great job listening and implementing changes for the benefit of the game and the community.
The one man team thing explains why there's always issues that fans have with the updates lol it's strictly one person's opinions and decisions

It has to be one person doing ratings or the scales would be off. You would have one person that believes anyone that runs a 4.4 forty or faster deserves a minimum 93 speed while another person thinks it should be a 90 speed and then a different person thinks it should be a 88 speed. No matter what, one person would have to have final say to end the arguments so there really isn't much reason to have multiple people doing ratings.
Speed (40 times) is an attribute that is fairly concrete, meaning that if they agreed on a scale, ratings would be pretty standard. Now what happens when you get into the purely subjective attributes? They don't have players doing multiple spin moves at the combine, there isn't an Ivan Drago like test to detect pressure per square inch to determine Hit Power. It's always going to come down to a subjective opinion.
It's not like he can put any ratings he wants into the game. He has bosses just like everyone else. He can't just give Tom Brady 99 speed without the higher ups telling him to change it. While only one person might be doing the ratings, I think it's safe to assume that there is some sort of approval process as well.
