Dynasty patterns

For guys that have had long lasting dynasties. Have yall noticed any re-occuring patterns or themes?

E.G. Navy, Army, and Georgia Tech all become powers lowkey, over time.

with me I've also noticed that the Pac-12 will almost always end up sucking for some odd reason. and the B1G will succeed usually. Teams like Iowa will be really good somehow... Also I've noticed the MWC will usually produce 2 really good teams consistently, Usually San Diego State and Fresno State. But in some I've seen Nevada rise up. In the Sunbelt It's usually ULL or Troy. C-USA I've noticed Marshall has breakout seasons.

Re: Dynasty patterns

yeah service academies and either North Texas or SDSU

the later I get i will actually jump into some of these games and force them to lose 2-3 games a year just because it kills the realism so much.

The service academies and Georgia Tech all run the triple option which seems to be overpowered in simulations. I thought I read something here many noon ago that said to change their playbooks to run heavy but not triple option to make it more realistic. If you were to play any of them on your schedule, change their playbook back to the triple option before the game to play against their normal offense.

One way to keep teams like Army and Navy from getting too good is to add them to a better conference. That should help keep them from being 0 it 1-loss teams every season.
