SWITCH UPDATES?

Has 2K given up on Switch support?

Still on v1.06 and haven’t had a roster update since 2017...

Really sad, love what they did creating the Switch version, but no patch/roster support really diminishes this otherwise amazing port...

Just did an update on my custom Switch roster where I added Markel Brown’s two way to the Rockets (did him myself) and I updated a lot of guys strength based on forums and what it should be. Keep in mind the Switch roster is outdated so we don’t get a lot of the attribute tweaks and what not. I am adding different things as I go along. Only thing I will not be keeping up with is injuries (you can add it if you’d like). I also made the Knicks trade and will add anything after the deadline tonight. Check it out and enjoy. I’d either use eccentric or Vann’s sliders with this roster I made. If anything let me know.
Added everything from the trade deadline and man were there moves. I will update Jersey #’s and what not. Hopefully tonight I can do some more playbooks from vann’s edits. Like I said I did edits up until the Jazz so far. This roster is coming out to be something special. Updated a good amount of ratings as well (Jonas hitting them 3’s now). Also did a ton of rotation edits (specifically for teams that did trades). Check it out.

I guess you don't understand how patches work, do you? 2K Sports submits the patch to Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft. If the console company approves a patch after bug testing, then it goes live. The onus does not fall on 2K Sports.

Yup, I get that but OP was also complaining about the patches. I do, however, think that the roster updates missing for the Switch could be tied into how 2K codes the patch data. Theoretically, maybe the newer patches contain player data not present in the current version for the Switch. Of course, that's just my take and I could be wrong.

Anybody ask on Twitter? I don't have a account. Between the lack of support lately on NBA and the mess that is WWE, I think I won't buy anymore of their Switch software until the get it together.

I was waiting on a patch to come out along with a roster update around New Years so I could start a mygm with the Pelicans, but nope.

I haven’t even played the game much so that I’m not burnt out on it “if” they update in any regard...

Also have this glitch where certain teams uniforms have glitchy holes in the shorts and “rips” in short sleeve type shirts... I’ve tried reinstalling, everything, but it’s still there, more reason for a patch!
