Not sure, but someone on another forum mentioned they had 3 last year, so maybe they might the next few days.

I'm guessing we should probably wait to put those codes in until the game comes out...

You will be fine to do it now. It goes under the services tab on your account, just like expansion, etc.. After you install the game, and are signed into PSN, the packs will be waiting for you.

All you need to do is click the link, sign in with your PSN account, watch the very short video, and then it will give you the code.

(If you already done that, and need to access the code, you click on your profile on the Live site at the top right and then there is a 'completed quests' tab I believe.)

You take the code and enter it in via the PSN Store or your Account Tab on the Playstation site.
