RTTS Carryover not gradually decreasing

So in the RTTS stream it was said that carry over RTTS players would gradually decrease in stats to bring it back to the max cap however this is not the case as your RTTS player is instantly decreased back.

I really hope this isn’t the case. I’ve made a serious effort to build up my guy’s attributes since the announcement was made.

Gues i had to redo it, now it does work, if it doesnt work the first time try importing again and dont edit anything straight away but play a game first that is what i did the second time and then it worked. Gues its a little bugged when you do edits first because then it sees your player for a new one for some reason. Its strange so choose play next appearance first then you get to choose your archetype and then it works.

After importing my 99 overall i have no option other than play next appearance. I than chose archetype etc. and was dropped to a 54 overall.

How does that work?

Quick questions:

Did you Load the 17 save from the Cloud?

Did you save in 18 before simming/playing next appearance?

If yes to both, try loading from the Cloud and simming before saving in 18 and let me know if that works...

The part where its bugged is if you load in a 17 save and then directly start editing your player your attributes gets reset to starting rookie, if you go directly into play next game and then choose your archetype then the bug does not happen

Ok, in the meantime, make sure you select your archetype (i.e. sim a day or play next appeance) before saving or taking any action that would cause an autosave.
