Choppy gameplay?

Anyone experiencing choppy gameplay , especially during the warm up pre game AND replays?

Mine is brutal. Running in Sports mode on my Samsung on Xbox 1S.

Any help/feedback is appreciated

I noticed center ice faceoffs being choppy/laggy/frame rate drop etc lately. Odd!!

When I see this.. I reset my XB1 buy holding the power button until it powers off, then removing power for about 30 seconds and then powering back on and loading up NHL. This only happens with NHL 18 and maybe once every couple of weeks.

I'm running in game mode. Not sports mode.

Wondering if its my TV, but it all checks out as I went to My 4k advanced settings in xbox settings.

Should I run this in 1080p?

Looks smooth when I look at gameplay on youtube.

Or am I an idiot cause my monitor runs at 1080p?
