Yeah, there's no doubt the judging is seriously flawed.
I just had a fight in UT where I was GSP against a demian maia. I had 8 takedowns, ground control for the majority of the fight, mounted him 4 times and landed ground and pound, 3 sub attempts plus some sig strikes and 1 rock on the feet.
He got no takedowns, attempted only 2 submissions, was dominated on the ground for large chunks of time, got taken down at will, and just landed a few strikes here and there on the feet, maybe rocking me once.
I thought when the fight was over it was an obvious win I wasn't even thinking about it... I mean I dominated him with my wrestling and ground and pound the whole fight, had control of the fight pace the whole time, etc.
But nope... he gets the decision win. Huh? He was even shocked he got the win!
They've talked about fixing the judging system in a patch but really need to get on it because sometimes it's just straight out ridiculous.

Takedowns dont matter in the new real life judging criteria or the in-game criteria.
Ground Control doesnt matter in the new real life judging criteria or the in-game criteria.
Positions dont matter in the new real life criteria or the in-game criteria.
Sub attempts only matter if they are close to finishing the fight.
The only thing that matters are actions that cause damage/impact to bring the fight closer to the end.
