Creating A Custom Chant With Audacity

Can someone PLEEEEEASE tell me how to create a custom chant with a single voice using Audacity??? If it isn't possible can someone recommend a program that would? I see stuff on YouTube but the software costs upwards of $150

I would go in a quiet room record a video of you doing whatever chant you want. Upload it to YouTube then use the free YouTube to mp3 website and boom done.
