EA has officially confirmed the system requirements of Madden 19 for PC:

MINIMUM SPECS:
OS: Windows 7 or newer
GPU: GTX660 or equivalent passmark
CPU: i3-4350 or equivalent passmark
Memory: 8GB of RAM
HDD Space: 40GB

Didn't expect the low CPU requirement. My 8-year old system even meets the recommended for that.

Only thing I'm a bit short for recommended on is GPU.

How exaclty can i play madden on pc when it releases? Do i just have to download it from origin like i do other games from steam?

Yeah, Origin's a download platform just like Steam. I'm guessing we'll probably have an opportunity to pre-load the game at some point. Plus there's the Origin Access Premier thing, which sounds a lot like XBOX's EA Access and will probably allow people to play the game a few days before the launch date.

Worth mentioning that there's also going to be a physical, disc version of the PC game.
