CPU Uniforms?
In any version of Madden, is there a way, when playing the CPU, to dictate which uniform the CPUs team uses?

Yes. It's right under where you change your own uniforms when entering a game

That's in franchise mode. In an exhibition game, you pick your opponents uniforms by going to their side and switching back to your team before the game.
