NBA Live 19: The Little Things

Launch day! Post the little things you see while playing that make the game feel special, or more like a real broadcast.

One of the biggest little things for me is the interaction with the environment. Seeing guys slide into the stanchion, run into the camera people under the basket, etc. just adds that extra level of realism. It doesn't effect the gameplay, but it's a huge part of the immersion.

EDIT: Can this be stickied?

Re: NBA Live 19: The Little Things

I look forward to this thread every time a new NBA LIVE is shipped.

I'll add my own little thing this year.

I love the animation that Shaq does with his teammates before his World Tour game at Venice Beach.

Had a few contact dunks (javale mcgee) missed off the back of the rim.

Love hearing the commentators talk about it being the final season at Oracle Arena. Hoping for more like that as the season goes on.

I (am 99% sure) heard the commentator say ‘and Pop swaps his lineup’ during a substitution when playing as the Spurs.

And as mentioned, I love that the ESPN camera view can change between arenas depending on their official, real life setup.

I like seeing progressive (though not always consistent) sweat stains on necklines of tshirts in street games.

Re: NBA Live 19: The Little Things

little things like the trash-talking adds immersion; the Madden team needs to take notes from the Live team. This game does a lot of things that make me want to keep playing it. I initially was only going to do a 29 game season for the One; I may bump it to 82 game season like I did last year.

Hit a game winner with Westbrook and he jumped on the scorers table and celebrated with the crowd. It was very cool!
