Game crashing

Ever since the last patch, I get the blue screen crash at least once a day. While doing different things, but usually during MUT since that's what I've been playing most. Any way to fix this? One time it even corrupted my profile and I had to make a new one.

I've been having it happen to me in franchise mode once a day as well.

It's happened to me about 4 times in the last week after I've exited at the end of a cfm game. I don't remember for sure, but it may have happened right after I bypassed the upgrade coach or player screen that comes up after you exit a game.

Fortunately, the games had been saved in the backup files (whew!)

Just happened again and for the second time my Profile was corrupted and I have to start over.

You guys think it’s caused by software or PS4?
CFM season2 record 3-4
I had 9 new drafted players all gone lol

Not only is it happening more often now, but the Profile is being damaged more often now too. It's so annoying having to start over each time

Haen't really seen or heard of this issue yet on XB1 in either of my cfm
online leagues...
