Does anyone know why the Titans have the wrong Head Coach on Madden19?

Vrabel didn't get paperwork completed in time to be included in the game is what I heard. Not sure if it's that or he simply didn't want to be in a la Belichick

Yeah this is actually kind of a bummer. I'm a huge Ohio State fan so I wanted to start a CFM as Vrabel and take him to the HoF, but no dice. There's always next year, I guess.

I'm sure it's not "he didn't get the paperwork in on time."

In order to use a player's or coach's likeness, he must be part of the player's/coaches association, otherwise you have to get each individual player/coach to sign with you. That can be expensive, as the developers of APF 2k8 can attest.
