Penalty Clock Speed

I play 6 min periods..

In "Play Now" games, the clock during penalties goes the same speed as it always does so the period is still 6 minutes.

In franchise games, even though I still play 6 minute periods, the penalty and game clock go at a normal 20-min period speed for the duration of the penalty.

I hate this and want the penalty clock to go at the speed it does during the Play Now games.. Is there a fix for this? Someone please help! Thank you!

Off the top of my old head, I believe there is a penalty time scaling slider - that could fix it it for you. Sorry for lacking details!

You are correct and default is 2/4 but sometimes when you change the sliders it defaults to 4/4 for some reason so changing it back to 2/4 should get the results you are looking for.

Out of curiosity, does lowering it to zero make penalty time the same as the game clock, while maxing the slider make all minors last for two real world minutes?

I'm curious about this also. I want the penalty clock to go at the same speed as the game clock.

0 = penalty clock will NOT be scaled. The clock will move the same as the regular game clock

6 = penalty will be in real time. If there is a 2 minute minor, it will be 2 minutes of real time and the game clock will slow down accordingly.
