Will MLB 17 server be shut down?

I’m curious because I’m doing my best to keep the game updated. Been working on a roster with updated, stances, ratings, faces, equipment. Some of my work was not seen on MLB 18 and won’t be on 19 due to lack of online franchise. Does anyone know when and if the servers for MLB 17 will be shut down? Planning on running another online franchise this year if possible.

I guess the question isn’t if, but more like when will it be shut down. I’m putting a lot of time and work into updating the roster with transactions and everything hoping we’ll be able to run an online league this season. Don’t really want to waste time if the online server will be shut down when MLB 19 releases. If anyone’s interested in joining this DM me

Your safe to get another year out of 17. MLB THE SHOW 16 would get shut down before 17 will. I wouldnt expect you to get 3 years out of 17 but safe to say it will be up for 2019.

Anytime man, believe me I know how uh feel what your working on and don't want to do it all for nothing. I talk to a certain dev quiet a bit and I brought this same stuff up with him.

So am I to understand that you're creating updated rosters for MLB The Show '17 using Opening Day 2019 Rosters? IF so, about when do you suppose they'll be uploaded ready to use? And what PSN user name will they be under? If not, does anyone know of someone else that updated trusted rosters will be coming from?
