Coaching Tendency Sliders

Can someone clarify how they work.

On offense the Run/Slider, the number on the left is your pass tendency and the number on the right is your run. So an 85/15 would be a pass heavy team and 15/85 would be run first team.

For the aggressive/conservative slider. A high number on the left is an aggressive team and a higher number to the right is conservative.

On defense I’m struggling with the Run/Pass slider but from I understand the aggressive/conservative number is the same as offense.

It’s backwards, you move the slider towards what you want. So the run/pass

If you make it move left it’s run heavy, right is pass heavy
