How do I choose a second position in RTTS?

I'm a SS and it says I don't have a second position. I know last year you could choose but I'm not seeing the option to do so.

You just have to go to edit appearance under the customize tab, it’ll bring up General, Appearance, etc. and it’s under General like normal.
It took me about a quarter of the season before I realized I never set secondaries and went looking. Weird you can’t choose it right away

Is there any way to go into the batting cage in RTTS at will, I swear I read that you could at any time but I can't find the option.
