Icon5 OVR Player Rating is different in Free Agency than in ROSTER Menu.
Can someone explain this? If I sign a player who is 78 OVR, why does his rating change once you go to Roster Control? This may only happen to CAPS or IMPORTED players, but it still is confusing. Which is the correct rating?
