Sorry behind the curve on this but do you preload through EA access or MS store? If EA access I am assuming you have to have the subscription active?

They did Tweet a picture showing the 25th which is probably what you saw but on their site it shows 24th @ 11am eastern

Sorry, only preload if you have pre-ordered the game. If you pre-order then you can pre-load. Otherwise you need to wait for the trial to drop.
