What is this all about? Will I get a loss when this happens during a ranked head-to-head match?

I don't know if there's an large outage now, but last night I entered into a head to head seasons game and lost connection before the kickoff and got the loss. I was 3-3 so that was my 4th loss and ended the season.

That's funny because I was also 3-3 but just in regular online and it gave me my 4th loss.
