Why aren't X Factors working anymore?

I know there's been a thread or two here or there but nobody responds. There's a question thread too to which no one has responded to those users asking.

I'm asking now. Does anybody know why in cloud CFM some users can't have X Factors in the zone anymore?

Roethlisberger as my biggest example, is supposed to have 3 passes of 5+ yards to get on fire. I've throw the ball traveling more than that and every time I test it nothing happens since the beginning of my CFM.

Has anyone heard of this being an issue or any tweets from developers acknowledging this?
Please help those of us left in the dark.

Edit a normal dev player to have x factor dev, save then return them to normal

Just did this and wilson and wagner got theirs back

I think this is a different issue dude. As I understand it, OP's players have their X-Factor abilities, they just don't trigger when they're supposed to.

It's not an issue I know how to help with though, unfortunately.

Yea, they still have the ability but arnt able to get in the zone

Had a similar issue where a player I drafted developed X-Factor after his first season, but his icon isn't on the field and his ability doesn't trigger even though he has one on his player card.

Did it matter what player you switched from normal to Superstar X Factor?

I switched my CB Layne from normal to X Factor. Saved. Switched back to normal. Saved. That worked for you?

I've been noticing a lot of missed passes on deadeye throws too.
