Best practices for Face Scan?

I feel like the scan has been hit or miss for me for the last few years. Any tips on what works best? Lots of light...full face in oval.... certain background?

It won’t even load up for me. Anyone else have this problem? I’ve tried 10 times and as soon as it reaches 100% it says there was an issue and to try again

Yeah mine have been pretty awful this year so far. And you have to keep redoing the dang opening video every time unless you keep the app open. I haven't had a chance to really play yet, just looked at my face a few times over lunch or before I went into work.


I'd love some tips. My jaw and chin are way bigger than my face in the game after my scans.
