Re: WWE Clash of Champions 9/15/19

With 11 matches on the card, it'll be interesting to see which ones get the pre-show treatment. We know the CW title will be on pre-show, but what else?

Probably KOTR finals?

US title hasn't been announced yet, so that's either gonna be an open challenge or AJ gets added in a winner take all match for the Universal AND US title.

If they want to condense the PPV abit, why not make it Kofi and New Day vs Orton and Revival? If Orton or Revival win, BOTH become champs.

I will be attending this show on Sunday, should be a good one. I'm hoping for an appearance by The Fiend after the Universal Title Match so I can see this in person.

WWE has officially added AJ Styles vs Cedric Alexander for the US Title to Clash of Champions.

Re: WWE Clash of Champions 9/15/19

I never knew Miz is an 8 time IC champ.

Would WWE dare make him a 9 time champ (and tie Jericho) right before Jericho and AEW kick off their TNT show? Seems like a WWE thing to do.

I feel they missed a big opportunity having AJ vs Strowman vs Rollins in a winner take all match for 2 titles.

Not only that...he'll win it, lose it, then win it again to break Jericho's record and go on to break the record for most total days as IC champ.

Double record-breakin' Miz!

If he wins it on Sunday and holds onto it, a successful defense on the first SD on Fox would give him the record for most days. He doesn't have to defend, but would be a nice story to go with. Like when new day had to defend twice on the final Raw before they broke the tag record

A 4 hour PPV on Sunday, then a 3 hour Raw, then a 2 hour Tuesday Smackdown, then a 2 hour NXT on Wednesday.
