why are certain my career animations locked behind rep progression that can't be earned by playing NBA games? Can it only be earned in the park?

Unfortunatly rep can not be earned by career games, i dont understand why they locked things like NBA Intro's and MyCourt Customizations behind rep because now us that dont play park are forced to play that just to have that. I hope they change that
