I would use the jkits sliders that seem to be the most popular unless someone has something better suited.

I was thinking no juco recruits, no redshirting players, and no accepting incoming transfers. Number of recruits limited to number of players leaving. No extras.
No 4 or 5 star. Probably only a very limited number of 3 stars.

I would encourage playing an offense similar to what the service academies run, but that wouldn’t be required.

Great! You can have first choice of team. I was planning on using this year’s rosters unless you want to start with the stock 2013 rosters or another season.
