WWE Friday Night Smackdown October Thread

The time has finally arrived! Friday Night Smackdown on FOX! Premieres next Friday October 4th. Many stars appearing like Sting, Undertaker, Trish and many more.

And of course all the matches like Kofi vs Lesnar for the WWE Title, 4 Horsewomen tag match, and Shane vs Owens in a loser leaves WWE ladder match.

Definitely going to watch this. Hopefully it gets me interested in the product again.

Next week should be a fun week of WWETV

Tonight is the SD greatest hits episode airing on Fox.

I wonder which moments get shown?

Hogans SD after WM18 reaction, Undertaker/Orton segment(where Taker trapped Orton in the arena by setting off pyros every time he tried escaping) among others I hope get shown.

He's convinced CM Punk is returning this Friday. He also thinks Edge is making a return to the ring as well, either in AEW or also on Smackdown this Friday. Edge recently left the E&C podcast supposedly because he has to be more of a stay-at-home dad but he could be working everyone.

No idea where he'd get the Edge to AEW connection.

He also said he tested out for the backstage show on Fox and the ball is "in his court".

Guess he's going to stop by between takes of filming whatever movie he is working now. I gotta be honest, I kinda wish he didn't announce it and kept it a secret. The reaction is going to be crazy already but not knowing before if he would show up, the Staples Center would need a new roof.
