I am wondering if anyone can help me. When I set up a season mode with human control for every team, I can't figure out how to switch teams once the season begins. I'm stuck with Anaheim. Since the whole league is user controlled is there not a way to switch between teams to play games?

Not an Xbox guy but in PS4 in past years, I think it's in the Options button where you changed the team...
