St. Louis Blues 2019-20

We trade F Jordan Nolan to San Jose as well as swap 3rd and 5th round draft picks in 2021.

Nolan wasn't making much but would spend most of his time in the AHL again this season. Moving him was mostly trying to get him some playing time as his career winds down.

We are also shopping F Alexander Steen and backup G Jake Allen to make room for hopefully a contract extension to D Alex Pietrangelo. We offer D Vince Dunn a contract extension right away.

We start the preseason against the Nashville Predators and win 2-1 in OT on goals from O'Reilly and the game winner from Tarasenko. I'll probably sim the rest of the preseason and get ready for the Stanley Cup banner raising and a tough opening game against the Washington Capitals.

I'm so bored with this series so I'm going to do something different once the next roster update comes out with the Taylor Hall trade to Arizona.

I'll start fresh, taking over New Jersey and mostly simming games, maybe jumping into a tied game in OT or a game here and there. Since this will take a few seasons.. maybe.. to rebuild the Devils, I want to get past the first season at least.. fairly quickly.

I tried to start a season twice, zero interest. After I load up to do so, I turn it off. LOL

LOL.. it's funny how I used to play NHL so much that Madden would collect dust.. now it's the other way around.

The sad thing for me is that this years game is the best it has been and I just can"t get into it. Meh

I need a 2k option.. man do I miss the days of TWO hockey games!

I want something fresh and new.. LOL.
